Job Description
Creating detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces, including furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material specifications, Developing creative design concepts and ideas for interior spaces, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces, Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and comply with building codes and regulations, Communicating with clients to understand their vision and design preferences, and presenting design proposals and options, Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines, Selecting materials, finishes, and furniture that meet design specifications and budget constraints, Creating design presentations and visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients, contractors, and stakeholders, Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in interior design and 3D modeling.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Certificate course in 3D in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling and interior design.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as 3DS Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRAY or Revit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and project constraints.
• A portfolio of previous design work to demonstrate expertise in interior design and 3D modeling.
Immediate to max 15 days Joiner preferred.
