About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure progress aligns with project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth execution of work.
- Inspect construction work for quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of daily progress, materials used, and site activities.
- Report project updates to the project manager and suggest solutions for any issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and local regulations.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to avoid project delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in civil site supervision or related roles.
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic site management tools.
